Dr. Dan is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Colorado Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is the owner of Campfire Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and has a passion for providing quality and dependable care to children in the community.
The first born of Vietnamese parents who immigrated to the US during the Vietnam war, Dr. Dan was born and raised in Edison, NJ. He worked at a pediatric dental office throughout high school, and it was this experience that caused him to pursue pediatric dentistry as a career.
Dr. Dan was accepted into a 3+4 accelerated dental program right out of high school. He attended Pennsylvania State University for three years, graduating magna cum laude. He then went on to four years of dental school at Temple University, in Philadelphia, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then went on to complete his pediatric dental residency at Children's Hospital Colorado, where he served as chief resident. He has earned his board certification and maintains his status as a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Dan started Campfire Smiles Pediatric Dentistry because he wanted to build a practice that values the long-term wellbeing of the children he gets to work with. There’s nothing more rewarding than being able to make a positive impact and teach his patients lessons that they’ll take with them forever.
